My experience was with Adrian from the Verizon FIOs team and it was very pleasant. Very professional and well spoken. At no point in the conversation did I feel pressured in any way. Well knowledged in his field and easy to speak to. Answered every question with professionalism and was extremely honest and out front about everything. His customer service was perfect. Very polite and professional. I would rate him higher then 5 stars but that’s the highest they will let me. I would recommend and will recommend him in the future.
