Do I need prior sales experience to be considered for a role?

No prior sales experience is required. In fact, many of our top performers came to us straight out of college or from completely unrelated fields. We look for qualities such as strong communication, a competitive mindset, coachability, and a genuine desire to grow. Our training program is designed to bring anyone who has those qualities up to speed quickly.

Advancement at LCM is entirely merit-based, so there’s no fixed timeline for everyone. High performers who hit their targets and demonstrate leadership capability have reached management-level roles in as little as 12 to 18 months. We never hold someone back because of how long they’ve been here. If you’re producing results and developing the team around you, the path to leadership opens up faster than almost anywhere else you’ll find at the entry level.

Your first weeks will be a combination of hands-on training with a senior mentor, learning the fundamentals of our sales and marketing approach, and getting out into the field with team members. As you become more comfortable, you’ll take on your own accounts and territory. There are regular team meetings for coaching and collaboration, as well as performance check-ins, so you always have a clear picture of where you stand and what to focus on next.
